That means it´s us spending time on hold to the lender, not you. It also means that if they have a query, we´re your expert on hand with the answer.

For many lenders we can input your application directly onto their electronic system, which saves even more time.

We want your mortgage to complete as soon as possible as well, so our brokers even liaise with the solicitor or conveyancer doing your legal work and keep you updated every step of the way.
