Mortgage Force – Share Your Home Journey Prize Draw
1. Promoter
The promoter of this prize draw is Mortgage Force (“we”, “us”, “our”).
2. Eligibility
2.1 Entry is open to UK residents aged 18 years or over.
2.2 To be eligible, entrants must:
Have successfully completed a mortgage arranged through Mortgage Force;
Have received an invitation email from us requesting completion of the Share Your Home Journey form; and
Submit the required details via the online form available at: https://www.mortgageforce.co.uk/share-your-home-journey/
2.3 Only one entry per eligible mortgage completion unless otherwise stated.
2.4 Employees of Mortgage Force, their immediate families, agents, or anyone professionally connected with the administration of the prize draw may not enter.
3. How to Enter
3.1 Eligible entrants must complete and submit the online Share Your Home Journey form during the promotional period stated in the invitation email or on the website.
3.2 Incomplete, late, illegible, or duplicate entries may be disqualified.
3.3 No additional payment is required to enter. Entry is available only to qualifying customers as set out in section 2.
4. Promotional Period
Entries must be received within the time period stated in the invitation email or on the campaign page. Entries received outside this period will not be entered.
5. Prize
5.1 One winner will receive a £250 prize.
5.2 The prize is non-transferable, non-refundable, and no cash alternative will be offered unless we reserve the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value where necessary.
6. Winner Selection
6.1 One winner will be selected at random from all eligible entries received during the promotional period.
6.2 The draw will take place within a reasonable time after the closing date.
6.3 Our decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
7. Winner Notification
7.1 The winner will be contacted using the details provided in the entry form.
7.2 If the winner does not respond within 14 days of notification, we reserve the right to redraw the prize and select another winner.
8. Publicity
By entering, the winner agrees that we may use their first name and general location (for example, town/county) for winner announcement and promotional purposes, unless prohibited by law.

9.1 Personal data supplied during this promotion will be used for administering the prize draw and contacting the winner.

9.3 Marketing preferences will remain separate and will not affect entry unless consent is specifically requested.
10. Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Mortgage Force accepts no responsibility for entries not successfully completed due to technical fault, website failure, or other reasons beyond our reasonable control.
11. Right to Cancel or Amend
We reserve the right to amend, suspend, or cancel the prize draw where necessary due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
12. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by the laws of England and Wales, and entrants submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
