With over 25 years of experience in the financial services industry, I am a fully qualified Independent Financial Adviser specialising in mortgages, equity release, and protection. Throughout my career, I have been dedicated to helping clients navigate the complexities of financial decisions with tailored advice that puts their best interests first. I chose to become an adviser because I recognised a gap in the market where many customers would go directly to their bank for mortgage advice and associated policies, often without the benefit of independent guidance. I saw an opportunity to offer more comprehensive, unbiased advice, and I felt that my expertise could provide clients with better options and greater peace of mind. While I excel in all areas of mortgage and protection advice, I have increasingly specialised in later life lending. Over the past few years, I’ve worked with many older clients who own large properties and are seeking to raise finance for a variety of reasons. This area of lending is particularly fulfilling as it allows me to provide clients with solutions to life’s next chapter. The most rewarding aspect of my job is seeing the joy on a client's face when I’ve helped them secure the mortgage for their new home. There’s nothing quite like knowing you've helped make someone’s dream a reality. Outside of work, I have a passion for golf and enjoy playing whenever I can. I’m also an avid traveller, and I’m always on the lookout for a great golf course in every country I visit. A fun fact about me is that I studied Karate for 10 years and proudly earned my black belt.
