I began my career in the mortgage industry at John Charcol after graduating in 1983 with a 2:2 in Law & Politics. Over the years, I held a variety of roles across sales and operations, eventually serving as Managing Director. In 2018, I moved to MortgageForce as Technical Director, where I’m responsible for managing lender relationships, including product development, scheme implementation, and resolving complex issues. Outside of work, I’ve completed four marathons—running remains my main (and admittedly somewhat boring) hobby!
